Most tools treat every event as equal until proven otherwise. That design choice is the root of alert fatigue.
QuietWatch tools work in the opposite direction.
We assume most activity is normal until there is enough evidence to suggest it isn’t. Instead of reacting to individual events, the system evaluates behavior over time — looking for change, inconsistency, and deviation from established patterns.
This means our tools don’t ask “did something happen?”
They ask “should anyone care that this happened?”
When something is surfaced, it’s accompanied by context: what changed, why it stands out, and how confident the system is in that assessment. This allows humans to step in informed, rather than starting from scratch.
We built the tools this way because trust is cumulative. Every unnecessary alert erodes it. Every well-timed, well-explained insight reinforces it.
